Where are you located?
My office is located in Sandy. Here’s the address:
9075 South 1300 EastSuite 202Sandy, UT 84094
I share the floor with Liberty Homes. On the second floor, go through the glass doors and keep going.
I am the one with the noisemaker outside the door and a “Be Quiet” sign on the window!
Do you also offer online sessions?
Yes! I offer in-person and online sessions.
Therapy is most effective in person, but there are times when it’s just not possible. I want to try and accommodate both.
What are your hours?
Are your services covered by insurance?
It depends on the mental-behavioral health benefits of your insurance plan.
The best thing to do is call them directly and find out your financial responsibility first. I am happy to submit claims on your behalf and send your insurance company a “Superbill” each month if I’m an out-of-network provider.
What do you charge?
For an initial 20-minute consultation, it’s free!
The hourly rate is $160. Accordingly:
The assessment (90 minutes) is $240.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions (90 minutes) are $240.
Therapy is not supposed to be a lifelong expenditure, and not everyone will need it long-term.
With whom do you work?
What if I am not a talkative or the “touchy-feely” type?
That’s okay! Sometimes, talking about it can make it that much harder.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is fantastic for folks who aren’t into talking about things.
Who is your ideal client?
What’s your most important skill as a therapist?
Meeting a person where they are requires a lot of authenticity and vulnerability. Over 15 years in the social work profession has given me that level of skill.
